Justine & Romain
The lively Justine has decided to devote herself to her passions: cooking and pastry-making. She is keen to promote local producers and local flavours, and has set herself the challenge of serving products made in Haute-Savoie!
Her partner and husband, Romain, is a mountain lover with a passion for their many activities. He is committed to helping you discover the warm and friendly side of their establishment.
When you visit the Terrasses du Mont Blanc, you will certainly meet members of their family, who are always on hand to support them.

Frédérique & Lucie
Frédérique, who has been working at Praz de Lys for several seasons now, adds her authentic touch to each dish by providing her precious help in the kitchen.
The smiling Lucie, who values customer contact more than anything, will make sure you feel special and have a unique time.
To complete this young and dynamic team, you'll be lucky to be served by the radiant Emmie, Bertille and Camille.
